With so many choices available, do you ever struggle with how best to dress your bed? Our easy to follow guide will help you decipher the ins and outs of sham sizing, pillow placement, and layering techniques for a beautiful well designed bed.

A. Shams
Euro Shams (27″ x 27″) are a timeless base to anchor your arrangement. Use two on a Queen or three on a King bed for a classically clean look.

Deluxe Shams (27″ x 36″) are our signature size and offer an oversized alternative to the classic Euro. With additional length, two fit nicely on either a Queen or King bed.

King Sized Bed: Use 3 Euros, 2 Deluxe Shams, or 2 King Shams
Full/Queen Bed: Use 2 Euro or Deluxe Shams, or 2 Standard Shams
Twin Bed: Use 1 Euro Sham

B. Standard and King Pillowcases or Shams
Standard (20″ x 26″) and King (20″ x 30″) sleeping pillows or decorative shams layer easily in front of your larger shams. Get creative with texture, color, or embellishment to enhance your ensemble.  We recommend two Standard Shams on a Full or Queen sized bed, and two King Shams for a King sized bed.

King Sized Bed: 2 King Sized Pillows
Full/Queen Bed: 2 Standard Size Pillows
Twin Bed: 1 Standard Size Pillow

C. Decorative Throw Pillows
Our Throw Pillows are a great way to showcase your unique style, be it clean and understated or fun and flirty! Start by choosing from our variety of shape – from Body Pillows and Bolsters to BoudoirsSquares and Lumbars – then get creative mixing fabrics and colors. Each decorative pillow can be layered atop any bed size to achieve your desired look, have fun!

King Sized Bed: 1 large Accent/Body Pillow or multiple smaller Square Pillows.
Full/Queen Sized Bed: 1 large Accent/Body Pillow or 2 smaller Square or Boudoir Pillows.
Twin Sized Bed: 1 to 2 Square or Boudoir Pillows

D. Coverlet or Duvet Cover
Your Duvet Cover or Coverlet will help to anchor your bed and tie the other pieces together. For a cleaner more contemporary set, we suggest choosing a neutral color and subtle pattern, while opting for a brighter color and bold design will help you build a bohemian and eclectic ensemble.

E. Personal Comforter or Throw Blanket
Our Personal Comforters and Throw Blankets not only provide an extra layer of warmth during those colder months, they also add a bit of interest at the end of your bed. For a little fun consider a bold texture or rich color pop!

F. Bed Skirt
Our paneled bed skirts not only add an elegant touch to your bed, but they are easy to install and remove for cleaning.

G. Flat & Fitted Sheet
Since these will be in direct contact with your skin consider high quality, comfortable, breathable sheets, that will last and not pill. For cool sleepers, we recommend our ultra-soft Tencel Sheets to keep you warm at night, while warm sleepers might prefer our breathable Linen Sheets.
